I've spent over 25 years in medical billing, including several years as a Revenue Cycle Supervisor for radiology. I've seen firsthand how the billing industry works and how much small providers get overcharged for basic services.

In 2023, I founded Queen City Billing with a focus on behavioral health: therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, and related providers. These practices have unique billing challenges: accurate medical coding, authorization requirements, telehealth modifiers, and constantly evolving payer policies. I wanted to offer an alternative to overpriced billing companies: experienced, specialized billing at a flat per-claim rate that makes sense for the providers who need it most.

I work exclusively on SimplePractice and handle everything personally. When you work with Queen City Billing, you're not handed off to a rotating team. You work directly with me. I learn your practice, your payers, and your workflow so your billing runs smoothly from day one.
